Charitable Giving and Sponsorship Policy

As a small independent business, we receive a large number of requests for charitable donations, raffle prizes and event sponsorship throughout the year.
 

We believe strong communities are built on mutual support, and we aim to direct our charitable giving where those relationships already exist.
 

Whilst we are proud to support our local community, it isn't possible for us to support every request. To ensure our charitable giving is fair, consistent and sustainable, all requests are assessed in line with the following principles:
 

• We prioritise organisations, charities and community groups that actively support our business.

• Requests are considered in relation to the level of support the organisation has given Norris Master Florists over the previous 12 months.

• To enable us to review your request, please include an order number, invoice reference or approximate purchase date with your enquiry.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to consider requests that do not include evidence of previous support.

• Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation or sponsorship, and all decisions are made at our discretion.
