Our work follows the rhythm of the seasons and the best materials available at the time of ordering. While the overall style, palette and feel of a design will always be honoured, individual flower varieties may vary due to availability or quality.

Where substitutions are needed, we will always select flowers and materials of equal or greater value, chosen carefully to preserve the integrity of the design.

Our flowers are prepared and conditioned with care so they arrive in beautiful condition. For best results, trim stems on arrival, refresh the water regularly and keep arrangements away from direct heat, draughts and strong sunlight.

If you have any concerns about quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, including photographs where possible. As flowers are a natural product, gentle variation and gradual ageing are expected, but we will always review genuine concerns

All orders are created to order using fresh, perishable materials. Once preparation has begun, cancellations or refunds are not usually possible.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion where flowers do not meet reasonable quality expectations and we are notified within the stated timeframe.

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us.

We take pride in what we create and aim to resolve any concerns calmly and professionally.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact the shop directly within 24 hours of delivery or collection so that we can review and advise. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, concerns raised after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Our team will always do their best to assist, and we appreciate communication that is respectful and constructive.

Collections are available during our stated opening hours. Please collect your order within the agreed timeframe so flowers can be enjoyed at their freshest.

Once an order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot accept liability for damage or deterioration caused by transport or storage conditions outside of our control.

During peak trading periods — including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas — we focus on creating beautiful seasonal work at scale. Designs may be fulfilled as florist’s choice within your selected colour palette, and timed deliveries are not available.

Availability may change quickly during these periods, and we appreciate your flexibility while our team works at full capacity to deliver safely and thoughtfully.
